Two handed weapons in vanilla Oblivion are borderline useless. Sure they have more reach, but a daedric war hammer only does four more damage than a mace. The decently fast swinging speed of a mace means the warhammer a pretty useless option.
All this mod does is up the damage of two handed blunt weapons (and only two handed blunt weapons) by about three points to make them a more valid option for combat, and not just roleplay. This also applies to two handed axes, since they are blunt in Oblivion. I would have liked to make changes to two handed swords as well, but this is my first mod and it was tedious enough just doing the blunt weapons.
