Another reshade preset. 0.5 is for Reduced LUTs - Cleaner Colors, lut_25, except the 20 New Atlantis LUT files which come from lut_0 (for both - use NON contrast ones). Does: Contrast, a bit bluer, brighter highlights, vibrant. Significant performance hit (2-6 fps on a 3080 at 2k). See images tab for 0.5 screen comparisons.
make sure to install the shaders listed in the description and that they're available in the reshade-shaders folder

Author notes
As long as a variation on this is significantly different, totally happy with people uploading their own versions (assuming anyone ever uses this lol) - just ask me first so I can know that it's actually tweaked significantly.

Changelogs
Version 0.6
Less blue.
Overall hue/colour balanced more in line with the LUTs.
A bit less vibrant.
Darker midtones.
Hopefully a bit more detail in partly shadowed areas, at the cost of very slightly brighter deep shadows.
Version 0.5
Tried to rein in the blue and red saturation a bit (so colour will look more balanced), though the highlights still tend to be slightly bluer.
Restored some of the lost detail in highlights (so bright colours will gain back detail vs. old versions, unless they're very bright/close to white).
Should have relatively low or no black crush (black crush is where darker colours get turned into black, so shadow detail is lost), at least compared to just using the LUTs without Reshade.
Removed bloom and ambient lighting entirely.
Version 0.3
Added a bit more contrast, hopefully without killing off too much definition in midtones/shadows.
Version 0.2
Toned down bloom, contrast, and vibrance a bit.
Version 0.1
First release - add a bit of bloom, some more contrast, a bit more less green, more vibrance.
Goals: stronger highlights/brights, some more contrast, a bit bluer, more vibrance.
As of 0.5, the only up to date visuals are in the images tab, videos and screenshots in the description are of older versions. May eventually do new ones.
Screenshots below are from old version 0.1 but this should at least give a sense of the look I'm going for (to see the difference more easily, open each image in fullscreen and switch back and forth or separate windows side by side):

Troubleshooting:Providing this as is, please don't expect much or any support or troubleshooting from me.
(Some) Downsides: Significant performance hit - I've seen a 2-6 FPS loss on a 10600k, 32gb 3200MHz RAM, 3080 12GB at 1440p with DLSS@80% resolution scale and mostly medium settings (see screenshot for specific settings).
Your mileage may vary depending on your system specs/settings.
There'll be some detail loss in the very bright areas, not sure how to avoid that. Should be mostly minimal.
More details re: Shaders - make sure the following shaders are installed at least:
[email protected], prod80_03_Shadows_Midtones_Highlights@PD80_03_Shadows_Midtones_Highlights.fx, [email protected], [email protected], prod80_03_CurvedLevels@PD80_03_Curved_Levels.fx, [email protected], prod80_03_FilmicTonemap@PD80_03_Filmic_Adaptation.fx, prod80_04_SelectiveColor@PD80_04_Selective_Color.fx Shader location: The shaders above might be in individual folders within the reshade-shaders folder after installation. If some of the shaders don't load when you're in game and it doesn't look right or there's an error message, make sure the shaders being used (above list) are copied into the reshade-shaders folder itself. That reshade-shaders folder should be installed in the Starfield folder where Starfield.exe is.
