This mod adds additional real estate to the Hilltop farm, as well as making it look, in my opinion, a little bit prettier.
The primary additions are: Leafy canopies over the pathways down to Marnie's ranch, and the Bus Stop, a patch above the Bus Stop exit for either placeables or trees, 2 large areas around the right side and the bottom-right of the map, and a third grassy area between the 2, with a pond and trees.
