I made 4 BATs to add legendary Affects to all equipment. The affects added are what I felt were best.
The BAT files go into the Starfield base directory, NOT the DATA folder.
With the information provided int the following Mods, I was able to find the AMOD codes for all equipment:

Once you run the BAT file on your equipment, you can then use the following Mode to change what I preset to whatever you want:

To apply, drop your weapon or armor on the floor (can do multiple at a time, be careful of your surroundings, may be possible for stuff to fall through the floor), open Console (~), click on the weapon or armor and scroll with your mouse wheel until you see the weapon or armor ID code, type in bat <filename> (Armor/Helmets/Packs/Weapons), and hit enter. Do not enter the weapon code. When done, close console and move you mouse to re-highlight the item your dropped.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND ENDORSE THE ORIGINAL MODS!
